Unfortunate incidents of drowning of Indian students studying in the Russian Federation have come to our notice. In such incidents this year so far, six Indian students lost their valuable lives.We would, therefore, urge all our students studying in the Russian Federation to be extremely careful while going near beaches, rivers or other water bodies and take all necessary precautions and safety measures in this regard.
