Notice for Indian students travelling to Russia

For Indian students travelling to Russian Federation on student visa, they should inform about their travel plan to the concerned University 10 days in advance. University will upload their arrival information in the concerned Government portal before their arrival at Moscow. For details regarding this, students may refer to the following link:
