The first conference on planning the Indo-Russian military exercises INDRA-2019 was held in Ussuriysk, Primorsky Krai, from July 16 to July 19, 2019. The Indian delegation of 10 people was headed by Major-General Vijay Singh, and the Russian side was headed by Major-General Tsekov Oleg Musovich. All relevant issues related to the exercises were discussed in detail, the protocol was signed after discussion. The remaining two planning conferences should be held in India, and exercises are scheduled for December 2019.
