Inspired by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s message that “Ram is not just ours; Ram belongs to everyone.”  

The Consulate General of India, Vladivostok in association with Russian - Indian Club and Primorye State Art Gallery organized an exhibition cum competition of artworks by Russian children of ages(5-16 years) drawn from nearly 300 entries. The epic poem ‘Ramayana’ and its stories and themes were the inspiration for the artworks reinforcing Hon’ble PM’s message and Ramayana’s enduring universal legacy. The exhibition was curated to construct the epic poem Ramayana from the artworks of the children. A catalogue of the artworks was released and winners of the competition were felicitated during the formal inauguration ceremony. Cultural Performances from ‘Dosti’ Dance group were also organized on the occasion.

Warm words of appreciation and encouragement for the children were shared by Consul General Mr. Siddarth Gowrav and representatives from the Primorye State Art Gallery, Government of Primorye, Representative office of MFA, Vladivostok.
