Please follow the Consulate General of India guidelines in light of COVID-19

1.      Consular Services (Passport, OCI, PCC, Birth Registration, Power of Attorney, Attestation, etc.) of the Consulate General of India, Vladivostok, have been temporarily restricted till 15 April. Only in certain emergencies such as in death cases, medical emergencies, etc. Consular Services can be availed. However, you will need to contact the Consulate General of India over phone: +7 423 241 3920, take a prior appointment and come for availing the services. Please note that delays may be expected in issue of OCI Cards and Passports.

2.      Only applicant/authorized person can enter the Consulate for Consular Services. No accompanying persons are allowed.

3.      For inquiries which do not require physical presence, please contact Consular Wing over phone: +7 423 241 3920 for consular, passport and visa related issues.

4.      a) If you have fever/cold/cough etc., please postpone your visit to the Consulate, if the work is not urgent. If the work is of urgent nature, please contact the above phone number, take a prior appointment and come wearing a face mask.

          b) Also, you may send your representative with an authorization letter to the Consulate on your behalf, if advised by the Consulate while taking the appointment.
