10th Ayurveda Day Celebrations - Irkutsk State Medical University(ISMU), Irkutsk

The professors, students and the staff of ISMU and partners of The Consulate General of India, Vladivostok celebrated 10th Ayurveda Day under the theme ‘Ayurveda for People and Planet.’
The celebration reinforced that Yoga and Ayurveda are two interrelated systems of health and well-being and traditionally practiced together as complementary disciplines aimed at promoting physical health, mental clarity and spiritual growth.
