2nd Edition of Kaleidoscope of India, Arsenyev

The Kaleidoscope of India Festival in Arsenyev, Primorye Region featured Carnatic Devotional Music, Instrumental music, Kalbeliya Folk song and dances and Qawwali performances.
Consul General Mr. Siddarth Gowrav held a meeting with Head of Arsenyev Mr. Sergey Sergeyvich Ugarov on the sidelines of the event and thanked him for the excellent arrangements.
