On Constitution Day, The Consulate General of India, Vladivostok staff joined in reading the Preamble to the Indian Constitution, reaffirming our commitment to its values. An exhibition on the Art and Calligraphy of the Indian Constitution was on display to reflect on its unique visual expression rooted in the historical, cultural and natural heritage of India.
