During a working visit to Irkutsk, Consul General of India, Mr. Siddarth Gowrav met with Mr. Alexey Sobol, President of the Union of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Eastern Siberia and discussed ways to bring together businesses and people of India and Irkutsk Oblast.
