Introduction of online trade complaint portal by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT)

An online module for filing and tracking of quality trade complaints has been made operational with effect from 11.02.2019.
2. Indian and foreign entities can now file complaints/disputes on the Portal : www.dgft.gov.in>Services>File Quality/Trade Grievances>fill Online Application Form.
